Characters that do not already have a visual designPAYMENTS
The Artist will begin the commission only after the payment has been made. Please inform the artist if there are any issues regarding payment.REVISIONS
The Client is allowed a max of 3 revisions during the sketch phase, there will be additional charges after that.
Major changes made after the sketch has been approved will incur a separate fee ( 50 USD + )After the artwork is finished and delivered, the Artist will correct any errors in the artwork without additional charges, if the mistake was the fault of the Artist.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Turnaround time will vary from a week to a month.The Artist will provide a work-in-progress ( WIP ) sketch for approval. The Client will receive regular WIP updates.The Client may receive questions from the Artist regarding the commission, the process will be delayed if the Client does not respond in a timely fashion.USE
Personal Use includes : Prints for decorations, Social Media profile/banner picture
Commercial Use includes : Merchandise, Streaming / content use, any way of profiting off the artwork.The Client may NOT resell any commissioned artwork(s) as Non-Fungible Token (NFT) or Cryptocurrency
The Client may NOT use any commissioned artwork(s) in any Artificial intelligence (AI) programs and/or websites.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Artist reserves full rights and ownership of the artwork.The Artist reserves the right to post/use the artwork in any form unless otherwise negotiated.The Client may print/use the artwork for personal use.The Client may not profit from the artwork in any form unless otherwise negotiated.REFUNDS
If the Client requests to cancel the commission, the refund will depend on the amount of work already done.If the Artist requests to cancel the commission, the Client will receive a full refund regardless of how much work has been done.
